User Agreement

This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Administration of the private Minecraft Bedrock server WinterMinePE (hereinafter — Service) and an individual (hereinafter — User) using the Service.

By using the server or website winterpe.fun, you fully accept this Agreement.

• Change server rules and this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
• Restrict or terminate access to the server to any player without explanation.
• Modify, delete or move any content (buildings, items, etc.).
• Conduct wipes, updates, world transfers at any time.

• Comply with server rules.
• Do not share access to your account with third parties.
• Do not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.
• Do not disrupt the website operation.
• Ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Privileges are granted forever (as long as the server exists), but the Administration reserves the right to modify or cancel them.

Payment is processed through a third-party service trademc.org. We do not store your card data.

The Service is provided "as is". The Administration is not responsible for:

• Temporary or permanent server unavailability;
• Loss of game progress due to wipes, bugs, attacks;
• Actions of other players (griefing, etc., if allowed by rules).

The Administration may change this Agreement at any time. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website.

If you continue playing after changes — it means you accept them.
