How We Protect Your Data

    This Privacy Policy regulates the handling of personal data of users of the Minecraft server and website WinterMinePE (hereinafter — Service). The Server Administrator is an individual not registered as a self-employed person.


    We collect minimal data, only what is necessary for the server to work and to protect accounts.

  • Upon registration on the server: nickname, password (stored in hashed form), email address (if provided), UUID of device/Xbox Live ID.
  • Automatically: IP address, device data (for auto-login and protection against multi-accounting).
  • When contacting support via VK or email — data that you write to us.
  • We DO NOT collect or store payment data (card numbers, etc.) — all payments go through trademc.org.
  • So you can log into the server and play.
  • Protect your account from hacking (auto-login from known devices, IP blocking for suspicious activity).
  • Fight violators and multi-accounts.
  • Contact you if there are problems with your account or server.
  • Improve server operation (anonymous statistics).

    We do not sell or share your data with anyone, except:

  • When required by law (by official request of law enforcement).
  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, authentication plugins — they only get the minimum necessary and must maintain confidentiality).
  • Payment service trademc.org — only for donation processing, your payment data does not reach us.

    Data is stored as long as your account exists. If you haven't played for a long time (over 2 years) — your account and all data may be automatically deleted.

    By your request to WinterPE@internet.ru we will delete all your data within 30 days (except when the law requires storage).

    You have the right to:

  • Know what data we store about you;
  • Ask to correct or delete them;
  • Withdraw consent to processing (this = account deletion).
