Server Rules

Read the full set of our rules for a comfortable game

  • * Moderation/administration NEVER asks for your account password!
  • 1.1 By playing on the project you automatically agree to these rules and commit to follow them.
  • 1.2 Administrators have the right to block your account for any rule violation.
  • 1.3 Administrators have the right to invalidate/block your account without explanation.
  • 1.4 All money you transferred to your account is a voluntary contribution to the project.
  • 1.5 The administration is not responsible for incorrectly transferred funds.
  • 1.6 The administration is not obligated to refund what you lost due to any technical/game situation.
  • 1.7 These rules may change at any time and the administration is not obligated to notify players.
  • 1.8 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility. A hacked account is not an excuse.
  • 1.9 Refunds are impossible because the service is considered fully rendered upon privilege grant.
  • 1.10 You have 7 days from the punishment date to appeal.
  • 1.11 Punishments must be issued within 15 minutes (chat) or 24 hours (non-chat) after the violation.
  • 1.12 Any donor issuing a punishment must provide proof within 48 hours in the Telegram group (no proof = invalid punishment).
  • Forbidden:
  • 2.1 Impersonating server staff or moderation while not being a representative.
    • Penalty: 7-day account ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.2 Placing objects that excessively load the server and disrupt its stable operation.
    • Penalty: 10–30 day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.3 Exploiting server vulnerabilities for personal gain (bugs, dupes).
    • Penalty: 7-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.4 Using any cheats in PvP (exception: clicker without auto-aim).
    • Penalty: 15-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.5 Any account sharing/selling/hacking.
    • + If you gave your account to another player and they broke the rules — only you are at fault.
    • Penalty: permanent ban and donation removal.
  • 2.6 Trading in-game valuables for real currency (e.g., rubles or dollars).
    • + Exception: exchanging in-game items for donation purchases registered to another player's account (e.g., a player gives you 10 emerald blocks, you buy them a privilege).
    • Penalty: permanent ban and donation removal.
  • 2.7 Interfering with the work of moderation or administration.
    • Penalty: kick/account ban/chat ban or donation removal depending on the situation, at staff discretion.
  • 2.8 Disrupting entertainment events on the project or distracting organizers.
    • Penalty: kick/chat ban/account ban/donation removal depending on the situation, at staff discretion.
  • 2.9 Inciting players to break rules with offers of reward (e.g., asking to ban someone for 10 diamond blocks).
    • Penalty: 3-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.10 Misleading players (including scamming for donate currency — rubies — when exchanging for game resources).
    • Penalty: 15-day ban (or account removal in serious cases).
  • 2.11 Any PvP or griefing using donation features.
    • + All players added to a region are equal co-owners — by adding them you allow them to do anything in the region.
    • + Applying potion effects via /effect to yourself or others to use in PvP is also forbidden (except effects whose level does not exceed standard ones).
    • Penalty: regular PvP — warning and 4-day ban; griefing (even by a non-donor) — 7-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.12 Evading any punishment by creating a new account and continuing to break rules.
    • Penalty: IP ban or doubled punishment duration (account ban under 2.13 not included).
  • 2.13 Incorrect issuance or removal of any punishment (even self-issued) without reason or evidence.
    • + Kick may be issued as a warning punishment.
    • + A donor may issue a punishment shorter or weaker than specified (but not greater) if proper tools are unavailable (e.g., chat ban instead of account ban).
    • Penalty: warning and 4-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.14 Issuing a punishment (even self-issued) with offensive context or profanity (e.g., banning with reason "loser").
    • Penalty: 10-day ban and donation removal.
  • 2.15 Having a permanent (registered) or command-changed offensive/obscene nickname.
    • + If the nick is changed via command, ask the player to change it first (refusal/ignoring → punishment).
    • Penalty: 7-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.16 Wearing an invisible, pornographic, obscene, or excessively large/small 4D skin or cape.
    • + Skin must be no shorter than 1 block and no taller than 3 blocks.
    • Penalty: 7-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.17 Teleporting a player to yourself without reason.
    • Penalty: 3-day ban and warning.
  • 2.18 Interfering in someone's region (region owners may evict outsiders).
    • Penalty: verbal request to leave; on refusal — kick; on repeat — 30-minute ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.19 Map damage, placing/breaking blocks chaotically, mass water/lava spilling (allowed in your own region).
    • Penalty: 5-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.20 Abuse or targeted flooding with massive amounts of any commands.
    • Penalty: 12-hour ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.21 Spreading Nazism or fascism (e.g., building swastikas).
    • Penalty: 15-day ban and structure removal (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.22 Using a prefix with profanity, a staff prefix, or any other prefix that breaks server rules.
    • Penalty: warning and 7-day ban (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.23 Scamming or attempting to scam someone out of an account.
    • Penalty: permanent ban and donation removal.
  • 2.24 Mass distribution via /givemoney and /setmoney, mass-giving expensive creative resources, or zeroing balances without reason.
    • Penalty: 15-day ban and donation removal.
  • 2.25 Self-punishing with a short term to avoid a proper punishment.
    • Penalty: 10-day ban and warning (or donation removal in serious cases).
  • 2.26 Creating a clan whose name matches a staff prefix, contains profanity, or breaks other rules.
    • + If you are a clan member and not its owner — a verbal request to leave is given first.
    • Penalty: 7-day ban and warning.
  • 2.27 Threats of doxing, swatting, or other actions/statements that violate players' safety and privacy.
    • Penalty: 30-day ban and donation removal.
  • 3.1 Insults to players (30-min mute) or staff (3-day ban) with profanity.
  • 3.2 Flood/repeating messages or characters.
    • + At least 30 seconds between similar messages.
    • * Penalty: 10–30 minute mute.
  • 3.3 False information about technical events.
    • * Penalty: 5–30 minute mute.
  • 3.4 Advertising third-party software, servers, shops.
    • + Mentioning may count as advertising.
    • * Penalty: 30-day or permanent ban + donation removal.
  • 3.5 Insulting the project.
    • * Penalty: 30-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.6 Publicizing bugs and dupes.
    • * Penalty: 7-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.7 Insulting someone's relatives.
    • * Penalty: 10-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.8 Insulting religious feelings.
    • * Penalty: 5-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.9 Begging for resources.
    • * Penalty: 5–30 minute mute.
  • 3.10 Hate-speech propaganda.
    • * Penalty: 15-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.11 Repeated chat-rule violations.
    • * Penalty: 5-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 3.12 Discussion of politics/military actions.
    • * Penalty: warning → 10 hours → 3 days (or donation removal).
  • 3.13 Threats of moral/physical harm.
    • * Penalty: 3-day ban (or donation removal).
  • 4.1 Forbidden to use authority against the server or players.
  • 4.2 Moderators must not behave inadequately in VK chat or in-game.
  • 4.3 Moderators must know and perform their duties.
  • 4.4 Moderators must follow the rules.
  • 4.5 Moderators must follow instructions from senior staff.
  • 4.6 Administration may revoke moderator rights without explanation.
  • 4.7 Moderators must not hide violations from players.
  • 4.8 Moderators are not obliged to provide proof to non-involved parties.
  • 4.9 Donation removal must be coordinated with other moderators.
  • 4.10 Moderators must record warnings in the dedicated table.
  • 4.11 Moderators may choose punishment duration at discretion.
  • 5.1 All payments are voluntary donations for project development.
  • 5.2 Payments go through TradeMC. We do NOT store your card data.
  • 5.3 After successful payment, the privilege is granted automatically within a minute.
  • 5.4 Refunds are not possible under any circumstances — service is considered fully rendered upon grant.
  • 5.5 Administration may change privilege contents without notice.
  • 5.6 Privileges are granted indefinitely. No compensation if the project closes.
  • 5.7 Real-money trading of in-game items outside donations is forbidden.
